The Fellowship is led by a national board and a team of national staff members. Our national board and staff consist of leaders from across the country, each responsible for a particular area of ministry within The Fellowship. 2025 Music & Worship Arts Week

Dr. Michael Dougherty

Serves as Event Manager for Music & Worship Arts Week, where he provides administration and direction for the annual gathering at Lake Junaluska.

Marla Ham

Serves as the Music & Worship Arts Week Design Team Chair, where she works with design team members to plan and implement our yearly event.

Cynthia Johnson

Cynthia serves as the Worship Chair on the Design Team for Music & Worship Arts Week, recruiting and working with the Worship Design Team to create daily worlship at MWAW.

Keith Dyer

Keith serves as the Choral Chair of the Design Team for Music & Worship Arts Week, facilitating the Mid and Senior High Choirs, Adult Choir, and Orchestra.

Lindy is a lyricist and poet who has been writing the weekly devotion for the Fellowship Reflections since Advent 2020.

Laurie serves as the Minister of Sanctuary Worship at Grace Avenue United Methodist Church.

Leigh Anne Taylor

Leigh Anne currently is a Deacon in The United Methodist Church, serving as Director of Connecting Ministries for the Mountain View District.

David Wiltse

David serves as Editor Emeritus for WorshipArts magazine, having served as its Editor from 1991 - 2019.

Rick Wiltse

Rick serves as the Advertising Coordinator, which involves coordinating advertising for WorshipArts magazine, as well as ads for the website and various events and emails for The Fellowship.
