Convocation 2023

Welcome to Convocation 2023 Registration!

Our biennial convocation gives you the opportunity to step away from your day-to-day routines and enter into a time of fellowship, growth, education, and renewal. Convocation is a time to participate in seminars, workshops, reading sessions, discussion opportunities, intensives, fellowship opportunities, transformative worship, and so much more!

Each registrant will be required to register and pay separately so that we can accurately track who is coming and in which areas you will be participating. If you are registering a group that is larger than five people, please email info@thefellowshipowa.org before you register, and we will contact you to help streamline this process.

As you scroll down, you'll notice that registration looks a little different this year! We know that new processes can sometimes be a little nervewracking, but the registration is really quite simple once you get going. 

On the first page, you'll see different "tickets". These tickets have been known as registration fees for each area in the past (main registration fee, intensives fees, meal plans, etc.), and are the way we are able to maintain a clear record of who will be joining us at for our event. Please click the "more info" link if it appears below a ticket title to receive extra information about the different options.

You will NOT need to bring a ticket with you to Convocation, it is simply how the website processes your registration. Please select all that apply to the one individual registering (the meal plan is a required purchase), and click checkout. After you click checkout, you will be prompted to fill out the registration form and complete your registration. If you are a member of our website and are signed in at the time, some of the information will auto-populate. Please fill out the form completely, complete the checkout process, and that's it! You're registered! You will receive confirmation on screen, as well as a confirmation email with additional information. 

To be as prepared as possible to register for this exciting event, please visit the Convocation Schedule webpage before registering to familiarize yourself with the seminar options so that you are able to select your choices for each day's seminar timeframe. Once you enter into the form process, the checkout process is timed at 20 minutes. This will be more than enough time if you are already familiar with which seminars you would like to attend. All seminars offered on Monday will be available on Tuesday as well. All seminars offered on Wednesday will be available again on Thursday. You may repeat a seminar if you choose, but we encourage you to take advantage of the diverse opportunities that our incredible slate of seminar leaders is offering.
